Open Fire Cooking Workshop - Cedar plank Trout
Join us on us for a beautiful morning of cooking wild under blue skies surrounded by coffee plantations at our Wild Outdoor Kitchen at Luna Zorro Studio en la Finca Azotea ten minutes drive from Antigua city centre.
We will be preparing a communal wild lunch feast over the open fire while enjoying bubbly mimosas as we ease into the day celebrating time and place. Together we will be making trout fillet on cedar plank over the fire, roasted baby potatoes with fresh herbs in cast iron, farm vegetables over the ashes, a wild salad with fresh greens from small local producers in and around Antigua and of course Wild Daughter’s signature Sourdough French Toast with homemade bread from our Wild Bakery .
We will be styling the table together and get creative with some simple little tricks that you can easily replicate at home at your next dinner party. We will be sharing some of our favourite ways to decorate and present our dishes before we are all sitting down on a long table under the trees to enjoy our sharing feast.
